We are a full service Mixed Martial Art school serving all of Northern Virginia, Maryland and the Washington DC area. We have TOP programs in most contemporary styles. We PRIDE ourselves on TOP instruction, HARD work, and a SAFE environment to join.

Our leadership is focused on their respective programs and they come together to share techniques with the rest of the school. There is plenty of opportunity to cross train or to go as deep into your core program as you want.

Official Krav Maga Training

	One Spirit Martial Arts is proud to offer in Northern Virginia (NOVA) Krav Maga the official hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Defense Forces. Krav Maga has also become the preferred system for U.S. Military and law enforcement personnel.
The Krav Maga System was created so anyone regardless of age, gender or size will learn to be able to effectively perform these tactics to defend themselves and go home safe. Muay Thai instruction from certified instructors

OSMA's Muay Thai program located in Northern Virginia (NoVA) is based upon the teachings and philosophy of Ajarn Chai Sirisute, the founder and President of the Muay Thai boxing Association in the USA. Ajarn Chai was the first man to bring Thai Boxing to the US in the 1960's and the first to train US fighters and take them to Thailand to fight and win. He is a veteran of over 70 documented fights in Thailand and was never defeated.

OSMA Muay Thai boxing programs follow the guidelines of the Thaiboxing Association in the teaching of the art, training fighters, and qualifying instructors. Level I, II, and III instructorship certification is available to those who wish to either compete or go on to become coaches. We currently offer 2 levels of instruction for beginning students and children, and an advanced class for those who are preparing to become instructors and fight in the ring. Both programs are administered by Kuen Khru Bryan Mossey. Kuen Khru Mossey has studied Western Boxing, Filipino Panatukan Boxing, and Thai boxing for a combined 27 years. He has fought numerous times over 3 decades and has trained several successfull fighters in Boxing, Muay Thai and MMA successfully.
